Root’d Innovations started when two friends wanted to implement cutting edge technology into their motorsports programs. They soon realized their passion’s potential in a manufacturing role. After building a small customer base they decided to become an official company. Root’d Innovations continues to bring top notch, one on one service while growing and expanding our capabilities and services offered.
Our founders,
Bryn Gohn (left) and John Fiore (right) founded Root’d Innovations in late 2019. Bryn and John have been friends since 2015 and share a passion for racing Sprint cars and manufacturing technology.
Bryn’s lineage and experience in racing stems all the way back to when he was born. In recent years Bryn has taken on the challenges of raising a family of four with a daughter who has complex medical needs. Bryn’s racing career was responsible for him getting involved with manufacturing technology. After making the decision to move to Pennsylvania from Florida for his racing career, Bryn started a career in the CNC machining and grinding field and has been doing that ever since.
As with Bryn, John’s lineage and involvement in motorsports/racing started from birth. While growing up, John had a successful career racing BMX bikes nationally. After moving to Pennsylvania in 2001, John developed his passion for sprint cars. In 2007, after racing for a couple years, John decided to join the US Army. After seven years of service including two combat deployments, John retired due to medical reasons. John is now married and has worked in industrial sales while operating his race team since his retirement. John’s passion for for technology came at an early age but when he started working towards a degree in Engineering, his passion grew to what it is today.
